Working at Fibrant as a process operator 

On the Chemelot site in Geleen there are seven different plants of Fibrant. All in indirect or direct connection with each other. In terms of chemical process technology, therefore, complex.

Working at Fibrant is pure chemistry. You are the most important link in our production process, without you the plants stand still. Safety is of course our top priority. We like to invest in our employees, our most important capital. That is why we train our operators ourselves in the plants and in our Learning Academy.

At Fibrant you work in a close team, divided into five teams and in three different shifts. It is important to communicate well with each other and to work together to make the plants run as efficient and safe as possible. You receive great responsibility from us, so you quickly feel involved. Our employees know what is going on, are close to each other and often see their workplace as 'their plants'. Of course this environment needs us to completely rely on each other.
