As part of our ongoing journey, we are seeking an initiative-taking Marketing and Communications Expert who shares our passion for sustainability. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various internal teams to craft compelling materials that resonate with our customers, stakeholders, and the wider community. Your main focus will be to communicate our sustainability-driven vision effectively in various ways externally and internally: events, brochures social media and website.
In this job you will report to the Director Marketing & Sales and will be working at our Fibrant office in Urmond (the Netherlands).
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute content/input for and execute Marketing Communication Strategy derived from the overall Marketing Strategy
- Create, align and manage the communication calendar
- Driving progress of all marcom items ensuring to deliver within budget, time and at high quality level
- Coordinate development of different internal and external communication tools (websites, newsletters, brochures, social media, international tradeshows etc.) all in alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Advise on the right balance between on-line and off line communication. Investigate conversion rates of campaigns and steer/advise accordingly
- Produce (draft) content and materials in line with our strategy and made fit for the targeted communication channels
- Maintain up to date knowledge of communication and branding tools available and plan/test/use them accordingly
- Maintain and give input to policies/guidelines (including HSCC/Fibrant house style) and ensure compliance throughout all materials and throughout the organization.
- Manage external suppliers like advertising agencies, designers, printing companies and copy writers to ensure strong relationship, quality goods and services and value for money.
- Actively maintain relationships with corporate branding office and the marketing/business development teams within HSCC and Fibrant
- Plan, initiate and organize internal and external events.

- Has academic working and thinking level
- Is fluent in English, candidates with Mandarin language skills have a strong preference
- Is a champion in maximizing output from social media tools, website, AI, etc.
- Is entrepreneurial, accurate and with a creative mindset
- Is truly passionate about marcom effectiveness and focusing on putting our sustainability portfolio in the right spotlights
- Is a true team player, energizer, hands-on mentality and with a high level of sensitivity to integrate interests of different stakeholders
- Is an active listener with a flexible communication style and is able to connect on various levels
